Alexa PenaVega is expecting a baby girl.
The ‘Spy Kids’ star and her husband Carlos PenaVega are currently expecting their third child together, and on Tuesday (16.02.21), Alexa revealed the couple will welcome their very first baby girl, who will be a younger sister for their two sons Ocean, four, and Kingston, 19 months.
Alexa posted a sweet picture to Instagram which showed her two sons eating a cake decorated with pink frosting, and wrote in the caption: “ITS A G I R L (sic)”
Carlos also posted the same images on his own account, and added: “Welp...this should be fun.... #girldad #2021 (sic)”
And Ocean will no doubt be thrilled with the news, as Alexa recently said he was desperate for a baby sister.
The 32-year-old actress said in a video on her Instagram Story: “Before I knew I was pregnant, Ocean would literally tell me that I was pregnant that there was a baby girl in Mommy’s belly. I was like, ‘What? No! Mommy’s not pregnant.’ … He would actually tell people this in grocery stores or people that came over to the house. Little did I know, I was pregnant with a baby girl.”
Alexa revealed she was expecting her third child in December, after welcoming Ocean and Kingston in December 2016 and July 2019, respectively.
Posting a video on Instagram, the actress wrote: “(Update: if you haven’t watched the video you should... so glad we got to announce baby number three in this video!!! So many exciting things for 2021!) I will always be obsessed with @bigtimerush ! Enjoy this awesome video by our favorite guys! (sic)”
