Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order launching on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S

'Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order' will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S this summer.

Disney has revealed plans for the hugely popular 2019 title, with plenty of enhancements lined up as well as a free upgrade for PS4 and Xbox One owners.

In a brief announcement, the company said: "Coming this summer, we’re excited to announce the next-gen release of 'Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order', bringing a number of technical improvements to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S console versions of the game.

"This will be a free cross-generation upgrade to current owners. More details will come soon."

The news was unveiled ahead of Star Wars Day on May 4, along with plenty of offers to celebrate the occasion.

For 'Jedi: Fallen Order', fans can get 70% off both the Standard and Deluxe editions until May 12 on PS4, Xbox One, Origin and Steam.

The game is also available as part of a triple bundle with 'Star Wars: Squadrons' and 'Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition', with all three titles included for up to 50% off on Xbox and Origin.
