Bumble has closed its offices this week to battle workplace stress.
The dating app - which sees women in charge of making the first move - has temporarily shut down its offices and urged its 700 staff to focus on themselves.
Executive Clare O'Connor - head of editorial content - praised founder Whitney Wolfe Herd for the decision.
She tweeted: "[Whitney Wolfe Herd] gave all 700ish of us a paid week off, having correctly intuited our collective burnout.
"In the U.S. especially, where vacation days are notoriously scarce, it feels like a big deal."
Bumble staff have had a busy time during the pandemic with a rise in popularity for the dating platform.
Bumble and Badoo - which the former also owns - saw paid users spike by 30% over the first three months of the year compared to the same period in 2020.
