Fortnite: FNCS Champ Andilex Leaves Team MCES, Joins Falcons Esports

One of Fortnite’s best players has found a new home.

Falcons Esports, a Middle Eastern esports organization, has announced Alexandre “Andilex” Christoph as the latest addition to its growing European roster. With an FNCS Championship to his credit, Andilex has maintained top-tier status in Fortnite’s most challenging region. He spent three years with the French organization Team MCES before coming to a contract disagreement. He’ll close that chapter of his career with hopes of more success under the Falcons Esports banner.

Falcons announced their latest acquisition via Twitter today, welcoming Andilex to the team. He’ll represent the organization’s black and green colors moving forward alongside fellow Frenchman Leo the crack and FNCS Chapter 2 - Season 6 runner-up, Oscar “Refsgaard” Dalgas Refsgaard. Andilex begins the next chapter of his already impressive career with one Axe of Champions, seven FNCS Final appearances and two top-ten DreamHack LAN finishes.

He achieved greatness under Team MCES — the organization he joined in 2018. Unfortunately, Andilex found himself in a peculiar contract situation that he desperately wanted to end. Only one hour after parting with the French esports team, Andilex announced his signing with Falcons Esports. Team MCES produced a heartfelt video documenting the player’s career to this point.

A Significant Pick-up for Falcons Esports

There’s certainly a case for Andilex being one of the best all-time players, considering his track record online and offline. For those reasons, Falcons Esports found themselves an absolute stud of a competitor. Andilex hopes to achieve another outstanding FNCS placement in this weekend’s Solo All-Star Showdown and the upcoming trio FNCS Chapter 2 - Season 7. He’ll do so as the member of a new team.
