(Never thought I’d be writing that lol!).” Couric shared. “The “Going There” Book Tour will be an IN PERSON 11 city tour celebrating the release of my memoir, “Going There” which comes out October 26th!”

In Couric’s Instagram post, she conveyed her excitement for the chance to once again be reunited with her fans.

“I’ll be joined in every city by some wonderful friends from my personal and professional life, and I’m so excited to be out in the world, seeing all of you, and creating a sense of community where we can all get together for some meaningful conversations and some fun too!!” Couric shared.

Couric’s memoir has been over three years in the making, and shares honest stories of her rise to fame in the broadcast world including her highs and lows throughout her over 32-year spanning career in news.

In March of this year, Couric posted a video to her Twitter revealing the book had been completed, choking up while describing the writing process as “incredibly emotional” and “really hard but really gratifying.”

The tour will open two days after Going There is released on October 28 at Boston’s Orpheum Theater.
