Adin Ross has been banned from Twitch, after a clip from his In-real life stream went viral in which he was driving while distracted due to his stream. The streamer, who was clearly driving, looked down nearly a dozen times in the clip to read his stream chat. It is against Twitch's terms of service to drive while streaming, since driving while distracted is an irresponsible and dangerous thing to do.

"Just got banned in Twitch," Ross Tweeted about Twitch's decision following the ban. "I think it's a perm guys ... This is not good AT ALL. I was at a red light during my girl stream and read chat off my phone. I am 100% in the wrong, I'm so sorry. idk when I'm gonna be back tho. . . I'm shaking rn I'm so sorry I feel horrible."

While the streamer claimed he was at a red light during the clip, he can clearly be seen moving while cheating his notifications. Regardless, it was a violation of Twitch's ban on operating broadcasting equipment and a moving vehicle at the same time.

Distracted driving is a dangerous activity that accounts for thousands of motorist deaths every year.
