Ariana Grande will officially enter the world of Fortnite Battle Royale based on some leaked information over the last few days. The event, dubbed Rift Tour, centers around a “journey to magical new realities where Fortnite and a record-breaking superstar collide.” While Epic has not confirmed or denied the leaks regarding Ariana Grande as the superstar, it’s a foregone conclusion at this point that Fortnite’s in-game event countdown will lead into her long-awaited concert. She’ll follow the likes of Marshmello and Travis Scott as the third musical artist to have a concert created with her likeness in the popular Battle Royale title.

Players who load into Fortnite from now until August 6 will notice an updated Social Tab, which Epic has renamed to “Rift Tour.” This tab provides all the information you’ll need to attend the Ariana Grande concert. Based on the details displayed, the event presumably begins on August 6 and ends on August 8. This timeframe would allow multiple players to tune in and watch even if they miss the first instance. The Rift Tour tab also grants the ability to “Save the Date.” Those who check the box in their server region will show up attending the event on their friends list.
Epic recommends that players arrive 60 minutes before each showtime to secure their spot. Here is a complete list of times per region for the Rift Tour:

Rift Tour Quests & Rewards
To celebrate this Rift Tour event, Epic has produced a list of quests for players to complete. These are available in-game now, and all who accomplish the tasks will earn themselves the three cosmetics displayed above.
Here is a list of quests and unlockable items:
- Save the Date in the Rift Tour tab and play a match: Unlocks Cosmic Cuddles Loading Screen (Art by Delicious Design League)
- Interact with Rift Tour posters: Unlocks Rift-sterpiece Spray
- Use an Alien Hologram Pad on top of the Party UFO: Unlocks Cloudy Kitty Emoticon

According to additional leaks, those who attend the event will unlock the umbrella above.
Epic plans to release more details on August 2. At that point, we expect confirmation that Ariana Grande is indeed the superstar referenced in the cryptic blog post.
