Popular streamer and gaming personality Herschel "Dr. Disrespect" Beahm is launching his own game studio, and based on a Tweet he put out on Tuesday, he is looking for a Studio Head to partner with him to accomplish his gaming vision. According to the job post, the streamer is partnering with BoomTV to create a AA/AAA gaming studio that will create and publish original games.
In the job post, he specifies that the studio head will "work within a fast-paced environment spearheading design, art, core gaming loops, meta, viral and retention loops and iterate monetization, go to market, integrated esports and influencer marketing."
While it is clear that his new studio is in the very beginning stage of development, Dr. Disrespect did show off some of the concept art from his "vertical BR" game on stream on Tuesday. You can check that out via Dexerto's Tweet below!
In addition to being a streamer, Dr. Disrespect worked for Sledgehammer Games in the past as a community manager for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. He also has some game design experience, having worked on developing a map concept for the tactical shooter Rogue Company, which was added to the game under the name "The Arena."
As of now, not much is known about the new studio or its plans, but we can rest assured that Dr. Disrespect will provide more information in due time.
