Epic Games deployed Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 8 early this morning after sending the game into a 12-hour downtime following the Season 7 ending event — Operation: Sky Fire. Players could only sit and wait while the developers put the finishing touches on the latest installment to the popular four-year Battle Royale title.
Leaks have become a significant part of each Fortnite patch and seasonal update. That typically means things like cosmetic outfits surface much earlier than Epic Games anticipated. This scenario played out as expected in the hours leading up to the Season 8 launch. Today, ESTNN provides information on all of the leaked skins that Fortnite fans should presume to be available at some point over the next few months.
Madcap to Finally Debut?

This mushroom-headed figure known as Madcap appeared in Fortnite’s game files many seasons ago. However, the character never became an outfit or a non-player character (NPC). Many leakers, including ShiinaBR, revealed that Madcap was decrypted during the Season 8 downtime. Whether that means Madcap will appear as an outfit or only an NPC is unclear, so we’ll have to wait and see.
Red Jade Maki Monster

The Red Jade skin will receive another alternate style in Chapter 2 - Season 8. This version gives the character a monster makeover, which could mean it is a Halloween-themed skin. Red Jade’s release date is unavailable at this stage, but we’ll keep an eye out for when you can acquire her.
Bryson Dechambeau Locker Bundle & Other Leaked Cosmetics

Fortnite and Epic Games will honor the 2020 US Open Champion Bryson Dechambeau with his own locker bundle. Community leaker iFireMonkey also revealed a slew of cosmetics that appeared in the game files for this season or release at a later date.
Textile Bundle

HYPEX provided details about a new “Textile” bundle in the works. It figures to include a Sparkle, Knight, Ram and Pup skin. Images of these planned outfits have not surfaced yet, but they do appear in the files.
Fortnite’s 4th Birthday Cosmetics

Epic Games will celebrate Fortnite Battle Royale’s fourth birthday on September 26. As usual, the team has created some cosmetics for the occasion. This year, players can unlock a pickaxe, emoticon and back bling.
