Amanda Bynes will remain under conservatorship for the next three years.
According to court papers obtained by The Blast, the Amanda Show star's legal team submitted a report to the judge in the case who determined that Bynes should be under the care of her doctors and the court until 2023.
The 35-year-old recently spent time locked down in a psychiatric facility in Pasadena, California, where according to the outlet, she completed 30 days in treatment.
Back in 2020, Bynes announced that she was expecting a baby with fiancé Paul Mitchell, whom she met during a past stint at a rehabilitation center. An insider revealed to The Blast that although the former child star was indeed with child at the time, she is allegedly no longer pregnant.
Bynes and her fiancé are reportedly still together and are happily engaged. A source told E! News, “Their relationship right now is in a good healthy place."
Another relationship in the Hairspray star's life that has improved is her relationship with her parents. "Her relationship with her parents is wonderful at the moment. The shift in her relationship with her parents really had a lot to do with the pandemic, too. The quarantine process caused everyone to not see their elderly parents for a while and Amanda was no different," the source explained.

The source continued, "At the same time, it really made her appreciate her loved ones even more. So when they were finally able to see each other again, they were able to spend that quality time together and that strengthened their bond a lot."
As OK! previously reported, Bynes announced via her Instagram back in February of 2020 that she was engaged to Mitchell, whom she called "the love of her life," after only a few months of dating.
