Following an extremely entertaining four hours, the Spanish duo of MethodzSick and T1DAGA have come out as winners of the $300K World Series of Warzone Duos event.
The World Series of Warzone has provided us with the top-level Warzone gameplay we all know and love since its first event. Three events onwards, we continue to see the best players in the world go head-to-head for unbelievable amounts of money. In the Duos event, it was the shotgun meta that returned as MethodzSick and T1DAGA reigned supreme.
The Duos World Series of Warzone tournament saw MethodzSick and T1DAGA take an early lead, and see it through to the end. While they had a poor Game One, Game Two put them in the fight. However, Game Three was the momentum swing they needed, taking down Fifakill to secure a 17 kill win, putting them firmly in the lead.
Following this match, the duo closed out the tournament and took home a massive $40K in prizes. All eyes now turn to the North American WSOW Duos event that will take place in the near future.
