Britney Spears Wants To Buy A House With Fiancé Sam Asghari Once Her Conservatorship Is Terminated: Source

Britney Spears is ready to close this chapter of her life and start anew with fiancé Sam Asghari — which means moving out of the home she claimed she was trapped in for 13 years.

The Princess of Pop and her soon-to-be hubby are apparently ready to move in together and begin their life as a real couple without the constraints of the court-appointed conservatorship. The engaged couple is waiting to move until Spears has full control of her finances, an insider told TMZ.

As OK! reported, Spears' dad, Jamie, was the conservator of her $60 million estate for 13 years before he was immediately suspended earlier this week. It has been reported that her entire family was on the pop star's payroll for years, which made Spears "increasingly resentful of their efforts to influence her" and keep her in the conservatorship.

According to the TMZ insider, the Grammy Award winner and her fiancé are considering moving out of The Valley to be closer to the Hollywood/L.A. area. While they wait for the November 12 court hearing — during which the judge will decide whether the conservatorship will be terminated — Spears and Asghari are keeping their options open on where and what kind of property they are looking for.

Meanwhile, one thing is for certain: The embattled songstress wants out of her current home, per the outlet, as there are too many bad memories in there of her.

Spears and Asghari have been together for years and are now finally getting their happily ever after. The handsome hunk proposed to the "Baby, One More Time" singer last month, with Spears proudly showing off her new diamond jewel on Instagram. Now that the judge suspended the 39-year-old's father on Wednesday, September 29 — saying "the current situation is untenable" and a "a toxic environment" for the singer — Spears' lawyer is pushing towards permanently ending the conservatorship and launching a probe in her dad's questionable actions during his time as her conservator.
