Princess Beatricehas revealed the name of her newborn daughter: Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi.
The Princess of York took to Twitter on Friday, October 1, to announce the official name of her baby girl, who she shares with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
“We are delighted to share that we have named our daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi,” she wrote in her tweet.
“We are all doing well and Wolfie is the best big brother to Sienna,” she added alongside the photo of two baby ink footprints. Christopher ‘Woolfie’ Woolf is Mozzi’s son from a previous relationship, which makes Beatrice the second royal in history to become a step-mother.
The second-time dad also shared an Instagram post around the same time to announce the moniker and give a sweet sentiment to his new baby girl.
“Our life together has just begun, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things that await us,” he wrote in the caption.
“Feeling so much love and gratitude for my amazing wife, baby Sienna and Wolfie. These are the days I never want to forget,” he continued. “This week a friend said to me the sweetest saying...that with every child you grow a whole new heart.”
“A massive thank you to the Midwife and the amazing team at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital,” he concluded.

The announcement comes over a week after the 33-year-old royal gave birth to the pair’s daughter on Saturday, September 18.
According to a statement released at the time, the family of the Princess, who is the eldest daughter of Prince Andrewand Sarah Ferguson, was beaming over the new bundle of joy.
“The new baby’s grandparents and great-grandparents have all been informed and are delighted with the news,” the statement read. “The family would like to thank all the staff at the hospital for their wonderful care.”
The newborn’s middle name is said to be a tribute to Queen Elizabeth — and they wouldn’t be the first royals to honor their grandmother with their baby name.
Prince Williamand Kate Middleton’s daughter Charlotte Elizabeth shares the same middle name, while Prince Harryand Meghan Marklenamed their daughter Lilibet after the queen’s childhood name.
