In hot water. Lizzois facing backlash after making a questionable comment about Chris Brown.

As seen in a now-viral video on Twitter, the “Good As Hell” artist asked Brown for a picture together while singing his praises.

The interaction happened on October 1 backstage at the Millennium Tour in Los Angeles, which featured performances from Bow Wow, Omarion, Soulja Boy, Snoop Dogg, Jermaine Du Pri and Brown himself.

Lizzo also appeared to insist that she needed a solo shot with the “Forever” singer after she booted her friend from posing with them for the picture.

Many users on Twitter were outraged by Lizzo’s bold comment toward Brown considering his highly controversial past.

In 2009, Brown made headlines after he physically abused his then-girlfriend Rihanna, who was left with bruises and cuts all over her face at the time.

After the infamous attack, Brown was arrested, and sentenced to community service, domestic violence counseling and a restraining order.

The “With You” artist has done a poor job of steering clear of controversy since his first fall from grace, as he has since been involved in numerous legal woes and violence allegations.

He was arrested back in 2013 for felony assault, and then again in 2018 for rape and drug charges, which he denied.

Twitter users were disappointed that the 33-year-old, who is known for being an advocate for women’s body image issues, would still be fond of the disgraced artist.

One user wrote, "I CAN’T EVEN TRUST LIZZO?” while another commented that the singer “lost her f**king mind.”

Another was quick to cancel the “Juice” singer, writing: “AAAAAAAND just like that it’s a wrap on Lizzo.”

“I regret defending her all those times,” another person wrote.

The incident comes over a month after Lizzo slammed haters via an Instagram Live video after receiving negative comments for her track “Rumors.”

“It’s fat-phobic, and it’s racist and it’s hurtful. If you don’t like my music, cool. If you don’t like ‘Rumors’ the song, cool,” she said in the clip. “But a lot of people don’t like me because of the way I look.”

“It feels like it doesn’t matter how much positive energy you put into the world, you’re still going to have people who have...something mean to say about you,” she continued at the time. “And for the most part it doesn’t hurt my feelings; I don’t care. I just think when I’m working this hard my tolerance gets lower. My patience is lower. I’m more sensitive and it gets to me."
