So far, Portwood has only had public relationships with men, including Gary Shirley, Andrew Glennon, and Matt Baier.

Portwood has been at odds with Shirely, the father of her daughter Leah, since she believes he has something to do with her strained relationship with the 12-year-old.

"I feel very stressed right now," she said in an episode of the MTV show. "A little sad. [Shirley and Kristina] haven't been answering any of my phone calls or text messages. I was ignored."

Portwood also previously accused Kristina of getting “in the way of me and my daughter” during a Teen Mom OG reunion.

“You said I could trust you and I did trust you,” she told Shirley. “But I can’t trust your wife.”

She also revealed on the latest season of the show that she and Leah haven’t been on speaking terms in a while.

“I can’t count the days,” she said. “It’s just going to make me more depressed. I don’t understand why I’m getting treated this way right now. I’m not going to give up on her.”

“It truly breaks my heart that Leah and I are drifting apart,” she said in another episode, where she revealed that her ex wouldn’t let their daughter attend therapy with her mom.

“For the past six years, I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist,” Portwood said. “I really think if I could go to therapy with Leah, it would bring us closer together. But Gary and Kristina feel differently.”

“We’ve already talked about therapy for Leah, but Gary wasn’t for it at all,” she continued at the time. “Therapy is a good thing to get you and your mother back together and having that mediator can get you to open up and understand a bit. I think she’ll be happier in life to understand a bit more of what the past was and how I am today.”
