Kourtney Kardashian is not only eager to become a wife — but also a new mama, according to a source.
Travis Barker and the KUWTK alum, 42, appear to be making some big moves, as the Blink-182 drummer proposed to Kardashian on Sunday, October 17, in Montecito, Calif. While planning the rest of their lives together — starting with their wedding day — an insider spilled the mother-of-three is looking to add a new member to the blended family's brood.
"Kourtney is of course ecstatic. She can't wait to marry Travis," the source told PEOPLE of their engagement, adding: "She would also love to have a baby with him."
Barker, 45, popped the question at sunset surrounded by candles and roses in the shape of a heart. Noting that the moment was a "complete surprise for Kourtney," the source explained Barker told her family he would propose, and "everyone was great at keeping it secret."
The insider pointed out Barker went to great lengths to make sure his proposal to his now-fiancée remained on the down-low.
"The Rosewood is their favorite for short weekend getaways. They often stay at the hotel. This is why Travis proposed there," dished the source. "It's a very special place to them, but it was also easier to keep everything a secret by proposing there."
The brunette beauty — who shares Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6, with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick — shared the couple's joyous news by taking to Instagram. Posting two photos of the lovebirds holding each other in the center of the red roses, the Poosh founder wrote: "forever" while tagging Barker.

This was Kardashian's first engagement, while her soon-to-be hubby was previously married to ex-wife Shanna Moakler, with whom he shares son Landon, 17, and daughter Alabama, 15.
Landon and Alabama, as well as Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, celebrated with the engaged couple shortly after the proposal. The couple's family members offered social media users a glimpse at their celebratory dinner, sharing videos of Kardashian and Barker showing some major PDA, as well as a look at her stunning new jewel.
It seems Kardashian has had babies on the brain for quite some time, as she revealed in March that she froze her eggs. "Since everyone else was doing it I thought I may as well," the reality star candidly said after Kim and Khloé previously did it.
