Erika Jayne Hints 'It's Time' To Get Back To Work Following Reports Of Alleged Embezzlement Money Being Used For Lavish Lifestyle

From moving on in her love life to hinting she's ready to get back to her music career, Erika Jayne is making it clear she's over the drama surrounding Tom Girardi and the alleged embezzlement scandal.

On Thursday, November 11, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a black-and-white throwback photo of herself performing on stage. "It's time," Jayne cryptically captioned the snap showing her wearing a bodysuit with her butt on full display.

Jayne teased her return to making music (she last released the song "XXXPEN$IVE" in 2017) shortly after OK! learned she already put herself back on the market after filing for divorce in November, which sparked the avalanche of legal woes the former couple can't seem to escape from.

The embattled reality star has somehow found time between her divorce from her estranged husband and lawsuit — claiming she took $25 million from Girardi's law firm to fund her lavish lifestyle — to date again.

In fact, Jayne has already been on a ton of dates with a handful of men, claimed an insider, who also revealed she's been testing the water with men in showbiz and other fields of work.

While it seems the Pretty Mess author is trying to move on from her scandal, she isn't out of the woods yet. Things may be getting worse for the 50-year-old, as new financial records proved “money that belonged to the surviving widows and orphans of the victims of that plane crash had, in fact, been used to make payments for Erika or her companies.”

As OK! reported, the 82-year-old — who was officially disbarred by California Federal Court on August 20 — was accused of embezzling the funds intended for victims of the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash in 2018. He filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy at his creditor's request upon claims that he was funneling the money to pay for Jayne's expenses.

According to court documents, Girardi's law firm allegedly transferred over $25 million into Jayne’s company EJ Global LLC, which she used to pay for her American Express bill, assistants and glam squad.

The RHOBH star has maintained she didn't know anything about the former lawyer's legal and financial woes.
