Model Christy Giles Found Dead Outside A Hospital After Neighbors Reportedly Heard Someone 'Moaning In Pain' At Apartment She Visited Before Her Body Was Dumped

Christy Giles was found dead outside a hospital last weekend, with a witness now revealing they reportedly heard "weird" noises from the apartment she seemed to have last visited hours before she was discovered.

On Saturday, November 13, the late model's body was reportedly dumped on a sidewalk by Southern California Hospital in Culver City, Los Angeles. Two hours later, Giles' designer friend Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola was abandoned at a different hospital in West L.A. The 26-year-old remains in critical condition, The Sun reported.

Giles and Cabrales-Arzola went out on Friday, November 12, and reportedly left with three men to attend an after party in the Hollywood Hills. However, the ladies never made it to the party.

According to Giles' family, per the outlet, CCTV footage from the hospital showed two men dressed in all black with bandanas over their faces dropping her off at the hospital. They were driving a car without license plates.

Giles' last known whereabouts were tracked by her grieving husband Jan Cilliers, who had access to her phone records. He was able to find that her last known location, before the hospital, was at a Beverly Hills apartment on West Olympic Blvd, it was reported.

A resident — who asked to remain anonymous — told the outlet they heard unusual noises coming from the apartment that they said belonged to a David Pearce. Police reportedly went to speak to him one day after Giles was left on the sidewalk, asking Pearce and his neighbors about him and his black Prius.

"I heard someone moaning in pain for five, six or seven hours, all day on Saturday from David Pearce’s apartment," revealed the source. “I was wondering what it was because there are always very loud noises coming from that apartment."

“But this was moaning and it was weird to me but he’s a weird guy," they continued, "and I don’t want to get on his bad side so I never confront him."

The resident pointed out, per the outlet, that the police showed them a photo of Pearce's car, noting: “I haven’t seen his car for a few days now.”

Another neighbor, Joseph Nikravsh, told the outlet: “A lot of people are upset with him already (Pearce), there are a lot of problems," adding, "He makes a lot of noise and there are always people coming and going from his place."

Meanwhile, Cilliers told the outlet two men have admitted to dumping the women's bodies at the hospitals, with them reportedly claiming Giles and Cabrales-Arzola suffered accidental overdoses.

He also said it was his understanding that the police have not been able to speak with the third suspect. It has not yet been confirmed if Pearce was one of the men who had spoken to the police or the person of interest.

When asked about Pearce, an LAPD spokesperson told the outlet: "We haven’t had any updates on any suspects in this case, let alone a specific name," noting: “It’s probably going to take several days, especially now we’re going into the weekend, for the investigators to update us with anything significant."

The rep also maintained, “A lot of it is dependent on the coroner’s investigation and their rulings on cause of death and toxicology reports and so forth," as the investigators are "on the coroner’s timeline and it’s a waiting game for everybody right now."

Giles' phone records, shared by Cilliers, reportedly also showed Giles texted her friend at around 5.30 am, saying “Let’s get out of here” with the wide eyes emoji. Cabrales-Arzola replied "Yes" and said she called an Uber. Giles did not read or respond to anymore texts afterwards.

While the grieving family waits for answers, Cilliers reportedly told the outlet he has been told heroin was found in his late wife's system.
