Chrissy Teigen responded to online critics who have been criticizing her recent eyebrow transplant.

Teigen opened up to social media about her new procedure and some critics came after the star for going through with it.

One person tweeted, “The world is going to hell in a handbasket but thanks heavens that Chrissy Teigen was able to transplant her eyebrows!”

Teigen went on Instagram to respond the online trolls. The star posted a screenshot from an article that gathered some of the comments she received and she shared her thoughts.

“Why are people so f—-ing riled up over any little thing I do? You’re gonna give yourselves a heart attack,” she said.

She shared her new, fuller brows on her Instagram story earlier this week. The star posted numerous videos showing the recovery process. The procedure involves taking hairs from the back of a patient’s head and placing them on the face to create a fuller set of brows.

“I never wear makeup if I can avoid it so I was so excited for this eyebrow treatment surgery,” she wrote with a post-op picture on Instagram and tagged Drs. Jason Diamond and Jason Champagne.

The second image was a more candid image of her look, calling the results “crazy!”

“They look so cool,” she said in the clip while pointing to her new brows. “He did hairs up here to even them out. Crazy!”

Dr. Diamond posted on his Instagram page and said he knows “too many people, including ‘entire generations,'” that have overplucked their brows or are experiencing thinning over time.

“Eyebrows play a huge part of the facial aesthetic,” he wrote showing a screenshot of Teigen’s story. “They frame the eyes and either be the asset to the eyes or they can be the annoying part of your morning you have to spend ten minutes filling in.”
