Passengers hiding travel details to face Rs 20,000 fine amid COVID-19 threat

The authorities have directed that the passangers hiding travel details will face a fine of Rs 20,000 fine amid COVID-19 threat.
The directions have been issued by divisional commissioner Kashmir who has also asked officials to ensure proper quarantine of the passangers on their arrival in Kashmir. This came as one travellers tested positive for COVID-19 while one person died and a total of 182 positive cases were reported across Jammu and Kashmir.

Across Jammu and Kashmir fresh 182 new covid-19 cases were detected while as one person died due to the virus in the last 24 hours.
Of the total cases, 33 of the fresh cases were reported from Jammu Division and 149 from Kashmir.
One death was reported from the Kashmir Valley and so far 4491 persons—2189 in Jammu and 2302 in Kashmir—have died due to the virus.
