Those close with Britney Spears are reportedly concerned she's putting too much responsibility too soon on her fiancé, Sam Asghari.
The "Baby, One More Time" singer gave dear old dad, Jamie Spears, the boot after the judge-ruled to end her oppressive conservatorship, and according to sources, losing Jamie also meant Britney losing the entire crew he had hired for her over the years.
An insider exclusively spilled to Radar that while the Princess of Pop is making plans to assemble an all new team to support her career, right now, her 27-year-old beau is "all she has."
"Sam is now the boss," the insider dished to the outlet. "Understandably, after everything she has been through Britney doesn’t trust a lot of people which is why she is relying so heavily on Sam."
"He is literally all she has. When her dad was removed so was the entire team he had built up around her," they continued, speaking of the bombshell court decision that ultimately terminated the 13-year conservatorship. "Britney is the most successful pop star in the world that has no manager or people helping her navigate the business."
The insider went on to explain the Grammy Award winner used to have upwards of 150 people working for her when she was headlining her own show in Las Vegas, but now that number has dwindled to one.
"All she has is Sam which is why everything is going through him," the source added of her handsome hunk, who proposed to Britney in September. "Even simple press requests are now going through Sam."
"Sam is a good man, but he wants to be her husband not her manager," the insider elaborated, noting that the personal trainer knew what he was in for before it happened. "He understands the power of being engaged to someone so powerful. Britney is a cash machine. After what happened with her dad, he knows why people are frightened.”
