Bethenny Frankel is putting her SoHo apartment back on the market!
The former TheReal Housewives of New York City star is ready to kiss her Big Apple condo goodbye for an asking price of $6.995 million — the same price she listed it for in September, per Dirt.
Frankel purchased her mesmerizing home in 2017 for $4.2 million and has reportedly made several renovations to the space, such as refinishing the light hardwood floor, redesigning the open-concept kitchen and installing two fireplaces.
The Bravo alums real estate move comes as she scored a major win in her court battle with ex-husband Jason Hoppy. OK! learned earlier this month that Frankel no longer has to pay her ex for child support after their daughter Bryn, 11, chose to mainly live with her mother, despite a split child custody agreement.
Though the former flames split in 2012 — and reached a financial settlement in 2016 — their divorce wasn't finalized until January of this year.
Meanwhile, the Skinnygirl founder can now move on with fiancé and film producer Paul Bernon.
