Kathy Hiltonhas scored a major payday to show face in the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills— and an insider says her sister Kyle Richardsis privately infuriated!

The RHOBH newcomer, 62, who quickly became a fan favorite during the 11th season, just snagged the sweetheart deal she was holding out for after playing hardball in negotiations with Bravo.

But the insider tells OK! that OG Richards, who’s been part of the show since its inception, “feels it’s unfair” that her big sis is getting special treatment.

“Kathy is still billed as a ‘friend,’ so she can come and go as she pleases,” explains the insider. “Yet the producers bend over backwards to accommodate her.”

Meanwhile, the insider says the Halloween Kills actress, 52, has “poured her heart and soul” into the show without much acclaim.

The women recently repaired their relationship after being embroiled in a years-long family feud — and if they aren’t careful, they could end up on opposite sides once again.

“Kathy knows [producers] expect her to bring drama to season 12, and she’s up for it,” adds the insider. “And that’s going to come by showing off her sisterly rivalry with Kyle.”

As OK! previously reported, after much speculation over whether the beloved reality star would return to the hit show — Hilton signed on for the highly anticipated upcoming season as a friend.

It was also noted by TMZ that Paris Hilton's mother was allegedly holding out and demanding more money from Bravo before she decided to officially sign on for the 12th season.

When one door opens another closes! Following snagging Hilton for the show, filming and production for RHOBH recently came to a halt after fellow cast members, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne and Garcelle Beauvais, tested positive for COVID-19.

The trio reportedly appropriately quarantined and have since tested negative, and the show has resumed filming.
