FORD BRONCO BUYERS SEEM TO ENJOY PAYING IN CASH

Every salesman’s dream, a customer that walks in, knows what they want and pays upfront for it with cold hard cash. According to reports, that is exactly what’s happening with the Ford Bronco.

It’s no surprise people are excited about the Ford Bronco. Demand has been white hot since its reveal. It is surprising however that those that are buying them are paying with a check or supplying a Jeep trade-in according to the various Ford dealerships spoken to by The Detroit Free Press. It should be noted however the majority are cash sales. Ford buyers don’t tend to do this.

Some buyers seem to be paying whatever it costs with the intention of turning right around and selling their new Bronco’s for a premium elsewhere like resellers scooping up baseball cards before anyone can get their hands on them. Finding a Bronco selling at its original sticker price is proving tougher than expected. What’s even more interesting is 70 percent of total Bronco customers were brand new to Ford altogether, as of August 2021.
