Travis Scotthas a lot on his plate at the moment — and the lawsuits are continuing to pile up.
Scott was recently hit with yet another suit, but this one has nothing to do with the Astroworld Festival tragedy. This time, the 30-year-old rapper is reportedly being sued in France over a copyright issue.
According to TMZ, the "SICKO MODE" artist was slapped with a lawsuit filed by a French man named Michaël Mehala,also known as Black Childish, who is alleging Scott stole his original artwork for an album cover.
Mehala claimed he created the piece — which features an image of a centaur — back in 2015 before sending it to Scott via Instagram DMs in 2016 in the hopes that he would share the work with his fans.

While Mehala never heard back from the rap mogul, he eventually saw the centaur image he created stamped on the cover of Scott's Travis La Flame collaboration album later that year, it was reported.
In the legal documents, Mehala reportedly claimed he filed a copyright for the image in February 2019 and even reached out to Scott's management team about the issue.
According to Mehala, a lawyer for the "OUT WEST" singer responded, insisting his client was unaware that the art belonged to someone specific.
While the centaur image has apparently been removed from multiple platforms carrying the album, Mehala still insists Scott owes him a payout over the issue.
The new French lawsuit is one of many lodged against Scott since the tragic event that occurred at his Astroworld Festival back in November. The music producer has been served a plethora of lawsuits after 10 people were killed and hundreds were left injured following a crowd surge at the Houston concert.
