The L.A.P.D has named Kanye West as a suspect in a physical altercation that allegedly occurred in the early morning hours on Thursday, January 13.
According to TMZ, the "Gold Digger" rapper was reportedly involved in a heated argument around 3 A.M. in Los Angeles, Cali. near the Soho Warehouse.
Law enforcement told the outlet that Ye allegedly pushed the person he had been arguing with and is now under investigation for misdemeanor or "simple" battery — defined as the willful or unlawful use of force or violence on another person — which is often punished by a fine, but can potentially warrant a max sentence of six months in jail.
