The 44-year-old also finally broke his silence on his true feelings about his ex's boyfriend, Pete Davidson. "God saved me from that crash," he rapped, referencing his near fatal car accident in 2002. "Just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass."

"Obviously she hopes this doesn’t cause more drama for Ye," the insider spilled to Page Six on Fox's thoughts regarding the controversial lyrics. "But he’s an artist and this is how he chooses to express himself and she can’t judge that."

The insider also noted this particular track holds a special place in the 31-year-old's heart. Despite the fact she wasn't name-dropped directly, Fox reportedly "loves" the song because references to her and the rapper's budding romance are "implied" in some of the other lyrics.

This comes after the No Sudden Move star confirmed their relationship in a piece she penned for Interview magazine.

"I met Ye in Miami on New Year’s Eve and it was an instant connection," Fox wrote in the intimate piece. "His energy is so fun to be around. He had me and my friends laughing, dancing, and smiling all night."

"We decided to keep the energy going and fly back to New York City to see Slave Play. Ye’s flight landed at six and the play was at seven and he was there ON TIME. I was impressed," she gushed, later adding, "I don’t know where things are headed, but if this is any indication of the future, I’m loving the ride."
