Iggy Azalea is kissing her lavish Los Angeles estate goodby for an asking price of $6.195 million seven months after purchasing the property.

The songstress, 31, added the Hidden Hills abode to her real estate portfolio last June for $5.2 million, but just days later, she reportedly got into a scuffle with one of her neighbors. The unknown person next door complained about the extensive construction work taking place on the property.

While it's unclear why Azalea, whose real name isAmethyst Kelly, decided to bid farewell to her home, she revealed, per Daily Mail, she got into an altercation with a neighbor over renovations she planned to do from the start.

"Day 1 living in my new house and my bored housewives a** neighbor already tried to snitch on me for doing construction on my own f***in home," the "Fancy" performer reportedly tweeted at the time. "Little does she know, f***ing with her is now my new hobby and life's work."

The mesmerizing abode, listed by realtor.com, was built in 1963 and spans 1.06 acres in the gated community.
