The court papers filed on Thursday, January 20, say the talk show host has agreed that her ex is entitled to 5.12% percent of the Montana property. This equals to a whopping $908,800 of the total $17M value of the sprawling farmstead.

This was far from the first time the duo struggled to agree on the controversial piece of land. Last year, the talent manager faced a huge loss in court when a judge ruled in October that the property — along with two other, nearby plots — belonged solely to Clarkson.

This prompted Blackstock to argue the ranch was "marital property" that should not be included in the couple's prenup, which only further delayed the legal process.

The "Because of You" singer finally had enough and petitioned to have Blackstock kicked out of the Montana ranch where he had been living since their high profile split, but the mother-of-two — she shares River Rose, 7, and son Remington Alexander, 5 with the music manager — lost her bid in late December.

KELLY CLARKSON CAN NOW ‘ENJOY HER SUCCESS’ AFTER SPLITTING FROM ‘EXTREMELY JEALOUS’ EX BRANDON BLACKSTOCK: SOURCE

"Kelly recently had a major legal setback in a bid to get Brandon evicted from the Montana property that the judge awarded solely to her,” an insider spilled. "He has been living in it and said he doesn’t have the financial means to afford to purchase a residence of his own at this time, citing the unresolved financial aspect of their divorce."

Speaking of money, the former couple tied the knot in 2013, but Clarkson filed for divorce in 2020 due to "irreconcilable differences" which allegedly included The Voice judge's belief that Blackstock was with her for her wallet.

"She could no longer trust Brandon, and she felt that Brandon was just using her for her money and lifestyle," a source explained at the time. "She had tremendous resentment toward him."

"The marriage was really, really awful at the end," another insider added on their doomed relationship, noting Clarkson "had a lot of questions that he just couldn’t answer."
