Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green finalise divorce

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have finalised their divorce.

The 'Jennifer's Body' star and the 48-year-old actor have officially had their marriage split signed off by the court, TMZ reports.

In October, the exes agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their three children — Noah Shannon, nine, Bodhi Ransom, seven, and Journey River, five.

The outlet previously reported that the pair did not have a prenuptial agreement, so under California law, any assets acquired during their marriage will be shared 50/50.

Details of financial settlements, such as child and spousal supports, were not revealed in the documents filed.

Megan and Brian married in 2010, and she first filed for divorce in 2015. They later reconciled before the 'Transformers' star filed for divorce again in 2020.

Megan just got engaged to Machine Gun Kelly and Brian - who also has son Kassius, 19, from his previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil - has moved on with 'Dancing With The Stars' professional dancer Sharna Burgess, 36, who is pregnant with his fifth child.

Brian is said to be "happy for Megan, 35, after she got engaged to the 31-year-old pop-punk star, while they are both "on the same page" when it comes to their brood.

A source said: "As long as they're both on the same page with the kids, he's good and happy for her.

"They're strictly co-parents.

"He's got another woman that he's super into. He's entirely moved on."

Kelly popped the question last month in Puerto Rico, under the same "banyan tree" where they fell in love, and the happy couple celebrated by "drinking each other's blood".

MGK - whose real name is Colson Baker - wrote on Instagram: “Yes, in this life and every life. beneath the same branches we fell in love under, i brought her back to ask her to marry me.

“I know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love. (sic)"

Megan shared a video of the proposal and wrote: "In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic

"We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time.

"Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma.

"Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him.

"And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.

"…and then we drank each other’s blood. (sic)"
