As seen on TV! Pro wrestlers and the stars of USA’s Miz & Mrs Mike and Maryse Mizanin are ready to part ways with the sprawling stone manor they purchased just two and a half years ago.
Fans of the dynamic duo are already familiar with the 10,400-square-foot spread: The mansion was featured in season 2 of their reality show, which chronicled the couple’s move from Austin, Texas, to California’s Westlake Village, an upscale suburb about an hour’s drive west of Los Angeles.
Now, the Dancing With the Stars alum, 41, and his former glamour model wife, 39, are looking to make a profit on the place, listing it at $12.5 million — nearly double what they paid for it.
The pair, who share daughters Monroe, 3, and Madison, 2, did update the pad during their stay, swapping out dated mahogany wood paneling and gold trim in favor of more modern greys and blues.
Guests arrive at the main entrance, tucked under a porte cochère, via a motor court and step into the black-and-white double-height foyer. The drama continues throughout the interior thanks to sweeping dual staircases, giant chandeliers, velvet furniture, multiple stone fireplaces and several stained glass windows.
Of course, there are also plenty of spaces for the family of four to kick back: The movie theater boasts a deep-cushioned sofa, the gourmet kitchen includes a large island and snack bar and the girls have their own wing of the house with plush (and very pink) bedrooms, walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms.
Sitting on 1.27 acres, the home’s outdoor area is equally impressive with meticulously manicured lawns, a swimming pool with a waterfall feature, a fountain and rows of bright blooms, making it no surprise the squad often enjoys celebrations alfresco.

Though the stars have remained mum on why they are moving — with six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, they must be quite comfortable — we’ll likely see it play out on the next season of their series, set to premiere later this year.
