Talk about a package deal!

Chrissy Teigenand John Legendare letting go of their pair of downtown Manhattan penthouses, pricing them at a combined $18 million.

The crooner, 43, and Cravings author, 36, purchased one of the units, located in a 19th-century building known as the Brewster Carriage House, for $9.02 million 2018. Two years later, they bought an additional one for $7.7 million and planned to combine them into a two-floor duplex spanning nearly 6,200 square feet.

However, due to their West Coast commitments, the stars never got around to seeing the reconstruction through.

"We’ve realized that because of work and everything, we’re really mostly going to be in Los Angeles," Legend told the Wall Street Journal about why they’d decided to list their Big Apple base. "So, we’re going to focus our home-building energy and renovation energy on what we’re doing in L.A.”

(The power couple, who share kids Luna, 5, and Miles, 3, shelled out $17.5 million for a modern 10,700-square- foot Beverly Hills mansion in the summer of 2020.)

Located in NYC’s ultrastylish Nolita neighborhood, the duo’s dual residences come with a total of six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and over 3,300 square feet of private outdoor space.

"If you buy the apartments combined, it means you have the entire roof," Legend noted, adding that it comes with "such a great view."

Under the proposed construction plan, the finished property would span half of the fifth floor and the entire sixth floor of the building, which was converted into a nine-unit boutique condominium in 2012.

But just because Legend and Teigen are selling the place, it doesn’t mean they are bidding farewell to the East Coast for good. "We love being there," shared the singer, noting that they're looking to buy a place that doesn’t require additional work.

"I miss it all the time," the EGOT winner added. "New York is always going to be my favorite city."

The great room has 12-foot ceilings and, under the reconstruction plan, could be expanded to 1,200 square feet.

Of course Teigen would have an impressive kitchen! It’s outfitted with custom cabinets and a Cristallo white quartz center island.
