Rumors have been running rampant that Rihanna's baby-daddy, A$AP Rocky, cheated on her with the singer's Fenty shoe designer Amina Muaddi — and while sources have already denied the reports, Muaddi is now speaking out herself to set the record straight.
"I've always believed that an unfounded lie spread on social media doesn't deserve any response or clarification, especially one that is so vile," she wrote via her Instagram Story. "I initially assumed that this fake gossip — fabricated with such malicious intent — would not be taken seriously."
"However, in the last 24 [hours], I've been reminded that we live in a society that is so quick to speak on topics regardless of factual basis and that nothing is off limits. Not even during what should be one of the most beautiful and celebrated times in one's life," the fashion guru continued. "Therefore, I have to speak up as this is not only directed towards me, but it is related to people I have a great amount of respect and affection for. While Rih is continuing to live her serene, best-dressed pregnancy life and I go back to my business — I wish everyone a beautiful Easter weekend!"
Prior to her social media post, a source told Radar that the gossip about a breakup and infidelity was simply pulled out of thin air.
"100% false on both counts," the source stated. "One million percent not true. They're fine."
Before the speculation, the parents-to-be seemed to be doing just fine, with an insider telling OK! they were even in the midst of planning a "totally over the top" at-home birth in the Fenty Beauty founder's native Barbados.
"[She] plans tohave a full birthing suite, including a water tub, installed at her mansion," spilled the insider. "All the important women in her life will be there, and while they wait for the baby to be born, they’ll all get spa treatments like massages, manis and pedis. Rihanna wants Rocky holding court out by the pool, where they’ll have music and dancing and drinks flowing. She wants her delivery to be an all-out celebration."
