The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne is still "mourning" the loss of her relationship with Tom Girardi.

The embattled reality personality and the former attorney announced they called it quits in November 2020 after over twenty years of marriage, but a year and a half later, Jayne is still struggling to completely cut ties.

"I still am mourning that marriage. I think that gets lost in the sensationalized version of it all," Jayne candidly opened up about her fizzled out romance in an interview with Us Weekly.

"It’s difficult. There are real moments of sadness, real moments of — like when the holidays came around, you know, for Christmas, I would just remember how much fun we would have," she reminisced. "But what are you going to do with that? These things happen in life. They happen to everyone; everyone’s mourning something."

ERIKA JAYNE DENIES 'AIDING' & 'ABETTING' ESTRANGED HUSBAND TOM GIRARDI'S EMBEZZLEMENT, WANTS CASE THROWN OUT

As OK! previously reported, the exes are currently locked in a lengthy lawsuit after Girardi was accused of embezzling money to fund Jayne's "lavish lifestyle" from a legal fund meant for families of victims of a tragic plane crash in 2018.

Edelson law firm — who worked alongside the disgraced attorney in the Lion Air plane crash settlement case — claimed he had proof “money that belonged to the surviving widows and orphans of the victims of that plane crash had, in fact, been used to make payments for Erika or her companies.”

"I am front and center. I am the face of this instead of the lawyers that worked at the firm and referring attorneys and, you know, law funding people — instead they point to me," the "XXPEN$IVE" singer — who has long maintained she knew nothing about her husband's mishandling of any funds — told the outlet.

"For my mental health, it’s been hard. No doubt," she added. "But again, I couldn’t lose and I was just going to fight it out every way possible and still am.”

Jayne also confessed she is still in contact with Girardi despite the personal complications of the lawsuit and their drawn out divorce.

"Of course [I take his calls]," she admitted, noting that her ex is "not well". OK! reported the 82-year-old was moved into a senior living facility that specialized in patients with memory problems last September. "He’s in a state of decline and sometimes it’s good and sometimes [he thinks] I’m someone else. So it’s fine."
