Deshaun Watson Admits Having Sex With Three Masseuses

Here’s a hypothetical scenario for you: You’re a professional athlete. You’re rich, famous, and have the coolest job on the planet in addition to the world on a string. As such, you’re a target. Lucky for you, your job provides top-notch services that us regular schmos have to fetch ourselves: food, clothing, any and all training equipment, doctors, medicine—even masseuses.

That hypothetical alone should be enough to cast doubt on Deshaun Watson’s innocence in the 22 massage sessions that landed him in boiling-hot water. For a guy who has access to the finest…everything… why was he running through 40 masseuses (including the 18 who vouched for him) he found on Instagram—all of whom were strangers?

What he admitted through multiple lawyers, though, is perhaps even more damning: Three of the 22 notorious massage sessions ended in consensual sex, though each time was initiated by the woman.

“What little sexual activity did occur was consensual,” Watson attorney Rusty Hardin recently said on a podcast appearance. “And there are only three occasions in our cases that any type of sexual activity occurred.”

That doesn’t look good for the he-didn’t-go-into-each-massage-with-the-goal-of-sexual-activity defense, now does it? Despite the fact that it came after the massage’s conclusion.

I’m not saying he’s guilty—only the parties know the truth. But with each detail that emerges, it looks worse and worse for Watson.

Two grand juries have thus far declined to indict Watson; he’s still in the midst of civil suits though. He could also face potential discipline from the NFL.
