Erik Chinander likes what he’s seeing from edge rusher Caleb Tannor
Coaches and players on defense provided updates Friday after Nebraska football's third practice of fall camp.
As he discussed his edge rushers, defensive coordinator Erik Chinander said he likes what he's seeing from senior Caleb Tannor.
"Great effort. Great enthusiasm. Becoming a leader, and it is huge to get him back obviously. ... It's really fun to watch him turn the corner on pass rush. I really like what he's doing."
"Garrett (Nelson) is back. We have an addition of Ochaun (Mathis) and we have the young guys, Blaise (Gunnerson) and Jimari (Butler), that are growing up, so I feel really good about that rotation along with a couple freshmen right now.
