2023 CHEVROLET COLORADO WILL HAVE OVER 200 ACCESSORIES AT LAUNCH

The next generation 2023 Chevrolet Colorado has recently debuted, and with the new design, it’s ready to take on the 2023 Ford Ranger. But, what’ll help with that? Having an assortment of accessories for customers to enhance the trucks to their specifications, that’s what. And Chevrolet has confirmed to us that the new Colorado will launch with over 200 accessories, and double the amount of off-road accessories from the previous generation.

2023 Chevrolet Colorado Accessory Details

Within the 200 new accessories coming to the Chevrolet Colorado, Chevrolet has more than doubled its off-road accessory options from the current model year. Now, the count is within the ballpark of around 20 off-road-oriented accessories for the truck. The decision to add to the customization is undoubtedly influenced by the current market and the high demand for off-road adventures.

Speaking of off-road adventure, the new Colorado ZR2 will create serious competition against the Ford Ranger Raptor, with GM-estimated 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque from its high-output L3B engine. Additionally, the new ZR2 will have 10.7 inches of ground clearance, 38.3 degrees of approach angle, 25.1 degrees of departure angle, and 24.6 of break-over angle. Making for some capable off-roading without as much of the dreaded scraping that all vehicle owners hate to hear while going over some sketchy terrain.

It’s not yet clear what all the accessories for the 2023 Chevrolet Colorado will be, but we do get a preview of them with the newly announced Desert Boss package on the ZR2 model. The Desert Boss adds a burlier bumper, sport rack, LED off-road lights, beadlock capable wheels, rock sliders, and unique decals. Expect all of these components to be sold a la carte via Chevrolet Performance.

Production of the 2023 Chevrolet Colorado family is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2023. Additionally, Chevrolet will announce pricing at a later date, and we hope to get a bit of insight into what some of the 200 accessories will be in the near future.
