DODGE DIRECT CONNECTION ADDS CHALLENGER DRAG PAK ROLLING CHASSIS

Suppose you own a Dodge Challenger and aim to turn it into your own vision of a drag race car. In that case, you’re going to need to add some significant modifications, including a roll cage, stickier tires, Beadlock wheels, improved suspension and shocks, and of course, better brakes. Luckily, Dodge Direct Connection has you covered with the new Dodge Challenger Mopar Drag Pak Rolling Chassis, which offers a foundational blueprint for National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) and National Muscle Car Association (NMCA) competitors.

Dodge Direct Connection Challenger Drag Pak: Details

The Drag Pak Rolling Chassis has 4130 Chromoly tubing and a fully TIG-welded roll cage. It’s also been NHRA-certified for 7.50-second elapsed times. In addition, the Direct Connection Drag Pak Rolling Chassis for the Dodge Challenger arrives equipped with a four-link rear suspension engineered to launch hard and stay planted down the quarter-mile. Double adjustable Drag Pak-specific tuned Bilstein Coilover shocks, Strange Engineering 9-inch rear, and Strange Pro Series II racing brakes are also included.

As for the engine, that’s up to you. But there are plenty in the Direct Connection portfolio to choose from.

Customers will also get Weld Beadlock lightweight wheels with Mickey Thompson drag racing tires to provide racers with a formidable quarter-mile package. Racers will have the ability to finish building their dream drag machine with the powertrain, driveline, and engine management system of their choice. Additionally, Dodge is adding a Dodge Challenger body-in-white kit, delivered without the roll cage. It’s available with a standard e-coat or an optional choice of exterior vehicle colors for the 2023 model year.

Dodge Direct Connection customers that are currently working on building the ultimate Challenger drag car can obtain the Drag Pak Rolling Chassis for a U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $89,999. Meanwhile, the Dodge Challenger body-in-white kit is offered at an MSRP of $7,995. Both are available by contacting the Direct Connection Tech hotline.
