CIO started a challenge in 2019 on Makuake, a Japanese crowdfunding site, to achieve both higher output and smaller size of chargers. It is now sold at major electronics retailers and carrier stores in Japan and is one of CIO’s most popular products.
In response to increasing requests for a more compact charger without a USB-A port, we have decided to develop a charger with only a USB-C port, which is in high demand, and keeps the size as small as possible while maintaining high output.
The product was born from the development challenge of “creating a charger that is the best solution for all people,” not only by realizing opinions but also by focusing on function and design.

A tangle-free cable is available at $10 as an add-on. By using them together, your charging experience will be easier.
You can choose from two cable types : the 90 degree, L- shaped cable, or the normal I-shaped cable.
The use of silicon material for the cable’s exterior has a soft texture. The design has been adjusted to match perfectly with “NovaPort DUO,” so that either cable can be paired with it seamlessly.
A high-capacity 20000mAh power bank that works well with NovaPort DUO is also available, supporting simultaneous charging of two devices (65W+30W)/three devices (18W+65W+12W), making it ideal for multi-device users who can charge multiple devices at the same time without losing power.

Risk & Challenge
MANUFACTURING: The manufacturer is lined up, and we have quality assurance people on site during production.
There is a possibility of slight changes of the color in our devices and in the company logos.
If the number of supporters exceeds our expectations, the shipping time may be delayed due to production delays or other reasons in the manufacturing process.
FULFILLMENT: Sometimes things get a bit crazy and stuff happens that can’t be planned for: a supplier misses a deadline, customs clearance or a shipment gets lost. Those things could cause a delay. We are using an experienced logistics team to get our products to you. We’ll keep up open and honest communication lines with you throughout the process so you will know where your product is and when it will get to you.
OTHER RISKS: If the number of supporters exceeds our expectation and we are able to further improve our mass production system, the regular selling price may be lower than the planned selling price. There is a possibility that similar products exist, so please support us at your own discretion.
