How to get join a Z League battle royale tournament

Battle royale players are often looking to prove themselves and test their skills in online tournaments but what options are there? Z League is a tournament platform created specifically for casual gamers to get some glory and win some cash.

Z League provides skill-based tournaments to battle royale players of all levels. Oftentimes, players at the highest levels don’t like skill-based matchmaking for a variety of reasons, including getting easy wins off lower-ranked players and avoiding cheaters at higher levels. Z League aims to remedy that.

“We built Z League, the world’s first skill-based tournament platform, because we loved watching streamers and pros compete in tournaments but felt that there were no good options for casual gamers like us,” the website reads. “At Z League, everyone can compete in fair, fun, and meaningful competitions.”

Z League Apex Legends tournaments

Z League offers Apex Legends tournaments for casual gamers that want to compete with other players at the same level as them. The tournaments are separated into divisions, with each division representing an in-game rank and skill level. This guarantees that the other teams are as evenly matched as possible.

Apex Legends players can compete in any of the standard modes. Solo mode is available, or they can join a duo or trio tournament.

Z League Warzone tournaments

Warzone tournaments are set up the same way as Apex Legends tournaments, ensuring Warzone teams only compete against similarly skilled squads by creating divisions. This creates a fun environment for Warzone players that still want a chance to have some competitive fun with prizes on the line even if they aren’t a high-ranking player.

Warzone players can choose between quads or solo tournaments.

How to sign up for Z League tournaments

From Apex Legends to Call of Duty: Warzone, Z League has a variety of games to compete in. Here is how to get in on the action.

First, you’ll need to create a Z League account. You can sign up to make a free account here. Once you’re signed up, you can link your game accounts to your Z League account. They will generate your “lifetime stats” to match you with teammates.

“We analyze every player’s historical game data to place you in a division where you have an equal shot to win,” Z League states.

Each game has a set schedule of tournaments throughout the month. Signing up for a tournament is free. You can also play in casual matches to practice. You’ll need to have played 50 to 100 battle royale matches on your Z League account to qualify for tournaments, ensuring that smurfs and bots are not in the mix.

While playing in a public lobby, each gamer’s progress will be tracked on a live scoreboard along with everyone else in their skill-based division.
