First, you’ll need to create a Z League account. You can sign up to make a free account here. Once you’re signed up, you can link your game accounts to your Z League account. They will generate your “lifetime stats” to match you with teammates.
“We analyze every player’s historical game data to place you in a division where you have an equal shot to win,” Z League states.
Each game has a set schedule of tournaments throughout the month. Signing up for a tournament is free. You can also play in casual matches to practice. You’ll need to have played 50 to 100 battle royale matches on your Z League account to qualify for tournaments, ensuring that smurfs and bots are not in the mix.
While playing in a public lobby, each gamer’s progress will be tracked on a live scoreboard along with everyone else in their skill-based division.
