According to Buckingham Palace officials, Queen Elizabeth II is under “medical supervision” because of “concerns” her doctors have about her deteriorating health.

She is reportedly resting at Balmoral Estate with several of her family members en route to be by her side.

Camila, The Duchess of Cornwall and Charles, Prince of Wales, are already at Balmoral, and Buckingham Palace also noted that Prince William is on his way from Windsor while Kate Middleton will remain to watch their children.

Charles is the heir to the throne if the Queen, who has ruled for 70 years. Another Queen may not come up for some time, as Prince William would take the crown after Charles, and then his son George after that.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who had been in Europe traveling to Scotland, are also en route to Balmoral to be with Harry’s grandmother.

The Queen had just officially welcomed the new interim Prime Minister Liz Truss on Tuesday, who was selected to replace Boris Johnson as leader of the U.K. conservative party.

The Queen had been gradually scaling back her public trips and appearances due to health issues and mobility limitations.

She had just celebrated her Platinum Jubilee from February to June of this year, and also had to skip out on a few events there.
