Gov. Muhammad A. Badaru of Jigawa State
Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubukar has approved the appointment of Twelve new Permanent Secretaries to fill the vacancies in the State Civil Service.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State Head of the Civil Service, Alhaji Hussaini Ali Kila.
The Head of Service, gave the list of the successful Directors elevated to the position of Permanent Secretaries as follows:
1. Isah Garba Dallah 2. Yusuf Mukaddas 3. Musa Ibrahim Adaha 4. Adamu Saleh 5. Engineer Garba Ya’u 6. Abba Mustapha Yola 7. Muhammad T Yunusa 8. Abdu Garba Dutse 9. Dr. Kabiru Ibrahim Aliyu 10. Aminu Adamu Ringim 11. Muhammad Iliya 12. Ibrahim Tijjani
Similarly, the Governor has also approved the appointment of Shehu A. Kaila as new Auditor General, Local Government Audit.
The appointment of new Auditor General, Local Government Audit is subject to a confirmation by the Jigawa State House of Assembly.
The statement explained that the appointment of the new Permanent Secretaries is purely on merit, competency, personal integrity and seniority.
The statement further said all the appointments takes immediate effects.
