2023 JEEP GRAND WAGONEER L CAN TIP THE SCALES AT NEARLY $120,000

Jeep is famous for its off-road Wrangler and family friendly Grand Cherokee lineup. The brand has even added plug-in hybrid technology to those platforms making them eco friendly. New to the brand but not to its parent company Stellantis, is the world of big Luxury. The Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, Jeeps biggest and most luxurious offerings, which got even bigger this year, are also their most expensive. Based on some recent order guide data, a fully loaded Jeep Grand Wagoneer L nearly surpasses the $120,000 mark. There’s a lot of incredible things one could have for the price of a rural midwestern house. A 2023 Corvette Z06, for one. A Cadillac Escalade Platinum for another, as well as a well-optioned Lincoln Navigator Black Label. Certainly, customers here are spoiled for choice.

According to CarsDirect, the 2033 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L is offered in five different trims; Grand Wagoneer, Series II, Obsidian, Series III, and Series III Obsidian. Starting prices range from $92,140 for the base model, all the way up to $112,635 for the Series III Obsidian according to Jeep’s price and build tool. As you go from the base model to the longer wheel-base models (L) you’ll find a uniform increase in price to be $3,500 for both the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer.

The Grand Wagoneer L and Wagoneer L, both of which sport an extra 12-inches of length over their standard models, are without question the most expensive offerings Jeep has right now.

2023 Jeep Wagoneer L Price And Trims

Relatively speaking, the more standard Jeep Wagoneer on the other hand is a little more affordable. The Wagoneer is offered in four different trims, Wagoneer, Series II, Carbide, and Series III. The Carbide is exempt from earning its longer-wheelbase status though leaving only three available options for a Wagoneer L. Starting prices range from $62,495 for the base model two-wheel drive platform, all the way up to $77,865 for the four-wheel drive Series III.

The biggest change for the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer lineup is the phasing in of the Hurricane twin-turbo inline six engine, that has enough power to make the Hemi V8 redundant, while reducing emissions and increasing fuel economy during EPA testing cycles. One can still find the 392 Hemi V8 in baseline Wagoneer trims, but the Hurricane six is the standard mill on the high end.
