Britney Spears uploaded a video to Instagram of her dancing in a bizarre, manic fashion on Wednesday, leading fans to question her mental state. Hundreds of comments voiced deep concern about her well-being. “She is literally stumbling around everywhere. Wtf is going on,” one fan wrote.
Just the day before, the singer posed in a silk nightgown playing with her dog Sawyer.

She also took to Instagram earlier to share photos from her wedding and reflect on the past year, captioning “ThrowBACK !!! A lot happened this year and holy crap I got married !!! I’m so happy
!!!”
Spears and her husband, Sam Asghari tied the knot on June 9. She announced that they were expecting a baby in April but had a miscarriage a month after.
She has two sons whom she shares with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
