Controversial red pill influencer Andrew Tate has spoken out on Twitter about the human trafficking allegations against him.
Tate and his brother, along with two other suspects, were arrested at the end of December of 2022 when Romanian police raided his home as part of a human trafficking ring investigation. He is now in custody as the investigation continues and his assets have been seized. Through it all, Tate has taken to social media to announce his innocence.

Andrew Tate has been all but silent during the investigation, using Twitter to talk with his loyal fanbase. Despite previous videos where Tate has essentially admitted to manipulating and kidnapping women for sex work, young boys have continued to declare that Tate is innocent, applauding his most recent tweets sent while in custody.
“Anyone who believes I’m a human trafficker is genuinely a moron,” Tate tweeted on January 14.
On January 15, Tate discussed the top further, this time telling people who believed he’s a human trafficker to “go and take their 10th vaccine.” According to Tate, he was arrested so police could “look for evidence,” but claimed they wouldn’t find any “because it doesn’t exist.”
It’s unclear what evidence investigators are hoping to find and what they need to continue the process. But for now, Tate is being held for 30 days, which can be extended by a judge if needed. It’s possible Tate could be held for up to 180 days while the investigation continues. Tate’s lawyers attempted to appeal the 30-day detention but the judge denied the request.
Meanwhile, six different women have come forward to make accusations against Tate, accusing him of both human trafficking and abuse. There has been leaked audio of Tate admitting to rape as well. For now, the investigation is ongoing.
