A secretary to Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said Friday he would "hate" to see an LGBT couple, expressing his opposition to legally recognizing same-sex marriage.
"I don't want to live next door (to an LGBT couple). I would hate to see them," the secretary told reporters.
