SEGA Europe is officially set to acquire 'Angry Birds' maker Rovio Entertainment Corporation. The deal was first announced in April 2023, and after agreeing to some conditions laid out by its buyer, the deal is expected to be finalised on August 17. Rovio previously turned down Playtika’s $738 million offer before agreeing to SEGA’s $775 million.
