I was all set to write about how both the Husker men's and women's basketball teams had hit the 20 win mark for the season. The men's had already reached that earlier by downing the Minnesota Gophers 73-55 on Sunday, February 25th. They added another victory last Sunday by beating Rutgers at home 67-56. Jaz Shelley earned first-team honors from league coaches while media named her to the second team. Both coaches and media named Alexis Markowski to the second-team.
