Cardinals Safety Budda Baker Stretchered Off The Field After Brutal Hit
Following an absolutely brutal hit in the final game of the NFL’s Super Wild Card weekend, Cardinals safety Budda Baker was placed on a stretcher and carted off the field. He’s said to have feeling in all extremities but did suffer a concussion after the hard collision with recently returned Rams running back Cam Akers. He was alert and communicating en route to the hospital. The hit came in the third quarter of Monday night’s game, as Baker rushed in at the end of an 11-yard run by Akers to try and make a tackle.
