Cinnamon buns
Ingredients for approx. 10 pieces: 1 pack frozen puff pastry (450 g)100 g butter2 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp sugar50 g sultanas Preparation: 1. Place the puff pastry sheets side by side on the work surface and allow to defrost. 2. Melt the butter over a medium heat. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar. 3. Roll out the individual puff pastry discs on a lightly floured work surface to a slightly larger size. Cut each slice in half lengthwise once. 4.
